To use Jewelry Messenger, you have just to hold your jewelry piece near the back of your smartphone or tablet to read it. The reader built into you device will read the programmed chip in your jewelry piece, which will play a specific message or sound.
Each smartphone or tabets NFC sensor can be placed in different spot, please check your device user manual to understand where the sensor is.
In some cases NFC sensor is switched off by default so you may need to switch it on before opening the App.
While we test our app prior to releases, there might still be some errors that cause unexpected behavior and functional interruptions. If you happen to experience such, please let us know. Your feedback and ideas to improve Jewelry Messenger are extremely important to us.
